Llechwedd Slate Caverns. We enjoyed a fascinating trip to Llechwedd last week. If you've never been, we heartily recommend it. The mine is really interesting and quite beautiful and the staff are exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful.

We loved seeing their slate artisans working, especially the guy dressed in traditional clothing.
