Returns Policy:

Personalised signs are one off items specailly made to your specification and hence unreturnable unless they are damaged in transit. pleae check your delivery as soon as it arrives and report any damages within 2 days to our helpline.

Delivery:

The house signs shown on our site are individually made to order and we aim to despatch your sign within the time shown for each product.

If we are unable to supply the goods to your required specification, you will be notified as soon as possible after we receive your order. You will be offered a full refund or an alternative.

If we are unable to despatch your order within the specified delivery time, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date.

If the delivery cost is included in the price of the product it will be clearly shown in the description. All non UK orders will be charged accordingly. Some of our items are delivered by courier and will be delivered to the given address only. We reserve the right to request any subsequent delivery cost if the order is returned to us due to a failed delivery.
